Initial surgery performed transconjunctival both eyes. Revision to look for additional fat pads on outer lower area. Incision point corner of outside eye. Second surgery left incision scar. One steroid shot in each outer eye one month after second surgery. Note scars lines on both eyes. 6 months post op. Any expertise is appreciated on the lump in addition to the residual fullness in the lower third of my lower eyelids. Can the work be corrected?
