Dimpleplasty - would it look weird or bad if I got it done in the same place over them to deepen them ?

Yes. You can have dimpleplasty to enhance existing dimples. This procedure involves a small incision inside the mouth. The dimples are re-created with a temporary suture to tack the skin of the dimple to the underlying muscles. Patients are typically very happy with the results. Great question!  You can certainly enhance your natural dimples by using your existing dimple.  A stitch is placed inside your cheek. When its tied it causes a dimple to appear on the outside of your cheek.  Results are exaggerated at first before softening in a natural appearing dimple. In experienced hands you should achieve a lovely result.

Deeper cheek dimples can be made from existing smaller ones through an intraoral technique. If you already have dome dimpling, deeper ones are not likely to look unusual.
