Im worried about not having to much bone loss or none left at all.Do you think theirs a chance that I could get dental implants after so many years? I don't want my face to sink in i'\m missing 9 teeth total all top molars 3 bottom molars and need 2 more top teeth pulled and one more lower so ill be missing 12 after that .I have really bad IBS and anxiety that makes it hard for me to fix this but I still want to im not sure how they can deal with someone like me

Answer: Get back the confidence to smile and chew your food properly
Best option is, create space for canines [possible with braces treatment] and go for implants , u have anterior segment , with other option it is not possible create social smile and to maintain golden proportion.
If RCT is possible in yr case , go with that only. money doesnt matter, what matter is natural tooth structure. no artificial material replace natural tooth. so its my advice is go with RCT. and also remember , do not think implant is maintenance free....
