Can I do Emsella if I have titanium clamps?

Hi there! Typically, steel implants, pacemakers, etc are a clear contraindication. However, where yours are placed, you may feel slightly more sensitive. I don't think it is a problem since Emsella also uses titanium. Talk to your provider. If they can let you try it at different strengths to see if it's the best fit for you prior to committing.

Hi Charming241101- while titanium based implants and clips are considered MRI / E-M energy safe, there is some risk that they may heat up slightly during the treatment. This risk is greater if the clamps are alloy, meaning they contain other metals mixed in with the titanium. If you can confirm the clamps are 100% titanium, your risk of any adverse effects is very low. Hope that helps.
