Can Emsella make your waist smaller?

Question

I know the transverse abdomens and the pelvic floor are linked. Could Emsella potentially make your waist smaller (similar to how performing stomach vacuums will work the TVA and give you a snatched waist)

Thank you for your question.  The EMSella targets the pelvic floor muscles.  I have had a couple patients ask if the treatment can slim the waistline but none of my patients have stated any of those results.  I have also asked the rep if other providers have any results with slimming the waistline but unfortunately no.

In theory, yes. This actually will help your posture due to the contractions and building your pelvic floor. This is the same makers as Emsculpt. Emsculpt is specifically used for abdomen area. The difference between the two is Emsella is doing 11,000 kegels really contracting the pelvic floor. Emsculpt is doing 20,000 sit ups with built in radio frequency to help burn fat and build your abs.

The Transversus abdominis is the deepest muscle layer of the abdomen wrapping from front to back like a support sleeve extending to the pelvis. While it does attach near the pubic symphysis anteriorly (in front) it is unlikely to receive enough stimulation during a Emsella session to result in any noticeable difference in waist size. That said, I like where you are going with the question though as BTL and our center U.S. Bodycontour and Wellness continually beat the mantra that our goal is to strengthen you from CORE TO FLOOR!! There are certainly important relationships between the abdominal core and pelvic stabilizing muscles which we should never ignore!!
