I know the transverse abdomens and pelvic floor are connected. I also know the transverse is the only abdomen muscle that will actually shrink your waist when strengthened. If my inner core is weak, will Emsella target it better than Emsculpt (which is better for the 6 pack)?

Hi there! Yes a series are required for both. Emsculpt uses 20,000 contractions and Emsella uses 11,000 kegels. It is possible you will just need your initial series and then a yearly maintance session. Keep in mind both require atleast 4 sessions to see/feel a difference.

Emsella can be very helpful for improving pelvic floor muscle strength and therefore addressing symptoms such as stress or urge incontinence. Neurological or other structural issues can also cause urinary symptoms though, and these things would be unlikely to respond to Emsella treatments.
