Hi there, my goal has always been to have a slightly less protruded mouth and a better defined, slightly shorter chin (photo included). I have been advised so many different procedures: (double) jaw surgery, ASO, genioplasty etc. and every clinic seems to give a diffent kind of advice. I have a good bite and I have had braces for 4 years in my teen years. After 25 years I have started to wear braces again to correct a bit a asymmetry. What's your advice?
