Are tear trough implants placed intra-orally safe? Is there a risk of nerve damage?

I noticed there's a big nerve by the nose and I'm wondering if it's at risk of being damaged when an implant is placed through the mouth. I can't visualize in my head how surgeons are able to work their way around it
