What can I do to refresh my look? (photos)

Hi I’m planing to get some fillers done but I really don’t know what should I do to make my face look more youthful and feminine what are the suggestions? I don’t like the sharp look that most Drs make so I want to know exactly what should I do to avoid that look.

Hello! To make your face more youthful I would recommend Hydrafacial's and IPL Photofacial monthly to help stimulate the collagen in your skin to make it more youthful and glowy! Hydrafacial's a great maintenance facial to help with congestion in the skin and uses a hydrating infusion to give your skin extra hydration to make your skin subtle and healthy. IPL is Intense Pulsed Light and will use light therapy, the light therapy will help with uneven tone in the skin, and any discoloration and kills any acne. The Photofacial and Hydrafacial combined would be great for you! Adding filler where needed will also give you a more sculpted and youthful face when the filler is injected in the proper areas.

1) Skincare with products and microneedling/PRP
2) PDT Light Therapy a few times per month with growth factors
3) Laser treatments like Clear + Brilliant regularly and others (Fraxel, Moxi, Viva, CO2, Erbium, Halo) a few times per year
4) Sculptra injections a few times per year for collagen production with fillers like Juvederm, Restylane, Belotero, Radiesse, and/or Bellafill
5) Thermage/Ultherapy for yearly skin tightening with or without PDO or cone-based Instalift threads for lifting
6) Botox every 2 to 3 months to stop movement lines and prevent lines at rest

Most people know exactly what it is they’d like to do about their aging face. They also know what it is they’re lacking. Usually, I let the patients compare their present photograph to the one from their youthful days.
