40 year old getting Motiva implants- which method am I a better candidate for? subglandular or sub muscular? (photo)

I’m 40 yo with 2 kids. Going to thailand to get my BA in 4 days time. Would like to know if I’m a better candidate for which method. I decided to go for motiva with periareola incision method.
