My hairline is really uneven, and the lengths are extremely different from the sides and the middle especially when my hair is down. I have a very annoying widows peak that is shorter than my it hair so it always sticks out. Paired with a narrow, box forehead. I included pictures of forehead with my hair down, where u can see the sides r close to my eyebrows versus the middle. And i included a picture with my hair stretched out, how it would look in a pony tail.

There are several other hair loss treatments that can be consulted prior to a hair transplant. Start Theradome now (see link) and in office PRP/acell, you can do early transplant if you want. You need a formal evaluation to see what type of hair loss you may have. when you have hairless its best to do a full hormonal workup for internal optimization plus scalp biopsies or scrapings to rule out any stress related, inflammatory, autoimmune or infectious causes of hair loss. In general most people with early hair loss have telogen (stress related) and/or androgenetic (normal aging) and both can be treated with in office treatments like steroid injections, PRP/acell, Exosomes and at home treatments like oral medications, oral vitamins like Viviscal, topical exfoliating sprays like Restorsea, and weekly growth factors like anteagemd. Hi Judy, There are a few factors to consider when creating a lower new hair line. The first is the golden rule of beauty, and we measure specific points on the face to make sure proportions are correct so as to not look like you have had something done inappropriately. 
Where you have marked the hair line, my concern here would be hairs potentially sitting on a muscle on the forehead called the frontalis muscle. So I would recommend lifting your eyebrows as high as possible and then leaving around 1cm from the highest wrinkle on the forehead all the way around.
This would help establish a more natural looking hairline, otherwise every time you animate your hairline is going to be moving and again the eyes will be drawn to it and people will sub-consciously be thinking what's wrong here.

Lack of symmetry is common in hairlines and can easily be corrected with a hair transplant.
I suggest you make an appointment with a hair restoration specialist and discuss your concern.
The design of an aesthetically pleasing and natural-looking hairline needs to consider all of your facial features. A hairline placed too low could affect specific facial proportions and create a cosmetically unacceptable result.
