Can you epilate a year after laser hair removal without stimulating hair regrowth?

I had laser hair removal a year ago and have small patches of fine hair on my legs, under arms and bikini grow back. Can I epilate them? The therapist told me to never epilate again as it can stimulate hair regrowth but I don’t want to shave and make the hairs prickly so wanted a second option!

Thank you for the question. This looks like Post Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation. Propably the setting was too high for you skin type. Vectus laser hair removal system is for all skin type. You can look for provider who has this system. Most of the time the skin darkening will resolve but...
