I am scheduled for IPL next week by my dermatologist. I am using retinol cream 1% 2 times per week. Is this contraindicated?

I was also using HC Intensifier until 7 days ago.

Hands and Arms can take 7-10 days for the "coffee grounds" to flake off. It can even take 14 days on the hands. These areas are further away from your heart and will take a bit more time. This is very common. It is true that higher vascularized areas (like the face) heels quicker.
