Will my skin return to normal color after IPL photofacial? (photos)

I had an IPL photofacial test spot almost a week ago and it left a first degree burn. It scabbed and it is now starting to fall off. Will my skin go back to normal or have discoloration?

These spots can be improved with a combination of Cosmelan, lasers, Aerolase, microneedling/prp, skin lightening, peels, and skin care. Sun protection is essential. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer

IPL  or intense pulsed light targets pigmentation: brown from age and sun and shrinks blood vessels..It also shrink pores but will not create laxity in the skin.
