I had an IPL photofacial test spot almost a week ago and it left a first degree burn. It scabbed and it is now starting to fall off. Will my skin go back to normal or have discoloration?

IPL will have no long term effect on your skin's ability to tan. It will act as it always has. Please remember, there is no such thing as a healthy tan. Wear sun block every day.
