Typically I tell patients to wait 4 weeks between treatments to allow for the damaged pigmentation to be absorbed and for the skin to completely heal. If you are looking for a laser with shorter gaps between treatments I would look into Laser Genesis, which is often spaced out 2 weeks apart as you described.
