I'm 3 weeks s/p abdominplasty and have a seroma that I aspirated for ~ 30 cc per day. I'm wearing my binder and overall improving but wondering how long should I expect f befor the seroma resolved and if there is a role for sclerotherapy at some point.

From your pictures, it is not possible to see any detail. The location that you show is not a typical place for lymph nodes and it would be unusual for lymph nodes to be so prominent in these areas. You should see a vein specialist for a full venous evaluation.
