I'm looking on getting this surgery this summer. I am a dancer and am wondering how long I would have to sit out of physical activity. I am very insecure about my profile. I'm 17 years old. Thank you so much. Feel free to leave my any other advice!!

You need a full dental and skeletal analysis but with the photos shown you will need a combination of braces and  jaw surgery to reposition you chin point from the left towards the midline. If your main concern is the asymmetry of your chin then a repositioning genioplasty can correct this...

Hi,i am almost certain you do not need a lefort 1 procedure or any orthognathic surgery. I would need to see more photos but from the two you sent the only improvement i could recommend (and this is really trying hard to find something to improve) would be to reduce the "black triangle" visible...
