My face is uneven after filler -- should I be worried? (Photos)

I had filler injected in my jowls and in the lines on either side of my mouth just today, but my face looks so uneven I'm really worried. Would swelling make it this Uneven? I can feel the filler in my face also.

It is a little hard to tell from the photos where the swelling is, as we don't have a before photo.  Swelling is not uncommon and can take up to a week to 10 days to settle down.  If at that point you are still dissatisfied, please consult your injector.  It is possible to dissolve the filler if you are not happy with it.Good luck!

It's too soon to tell what your final results will be. You have swelling, which can be asymmetrical, and last 1-2 weeks after lip injections. If you're unhappy with your final results, you can have it reversed with hyaluronidase and try a different technique next time. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Swelling and bruising are common after filler treatment. I would give the face 1-2 weeks to settle down before judging your results. If at that point you remain concerned with your results, I would followup with your injector.
