Will doing Fraxel Dual regularly (2-3 times a year) make you maintain youthful, with minimal wrinkling and sagging, skin?

In my opinion, Fraxel more than once per year is probably overkill. Results can last up to 7 years, though I generally recommend a touch up after 1 to 2 years. This schedule will keep your skin looking healthy and youthful, plus encourage your skin to continually produce new collagen. As you age, you’ll probably add in other therapies, such as Botox and HA dermal fillers. You can age beautifully and gracefully with the aid of a board-certified dermatologist who can help you plan the steps you need to take to be a head-turner for the rest of your life. 

I think it is difficult to give you recommendations without a photo or in person evaluation and history.  Fraxel is a great way to remove brown spots from sun damage, shrink pore, improve collagen.  I would start by doing a series of dual and likely using Clear and Brilliant to maintain results in between full Fraxel.  If you have more laxity or volume loss issue then prevention may include fillers and tightening treatments like Ulthera, Exilis Ultra, or Thermage.  Good luck with you your treatments.

Fraxel dual is a wonderful device for treating photo aging, evening tone and texture but not ideal for laxity and preventing sagging. For that I would recommend a radiofrequency treatment (Venus legacy, thermage) or ulthera. An ideal regimen to prevent aging is pico genesis treatment with the new Cutera laser Enlighten (1-2 a year, no downtime) followed by 1-2 treatments with Ultherapy or Venus Legacy a year.

Fraxel laser treatments are excellent for keeping the overall appearance of the skin even since the laser reverses sun damage, improves pore size and stimulates collagen production. If you are developing deeper wrinkles around your brows, forehead, and eyes, these are best treated both Botox/Dysport. 
I find that a combination of injectables like Botox and fillers with regular Fraxel laser treatments work best to fight the signs of aging.
