Is this androgenetic alopecia or teloge effluvium? I have premature menopause and loose about 100 hairs a day (photos)

It would appear that at least one diagnosis is androgenetic alopecia. No, I can’t say if you also have telogen effluvium without more information and further review of your scalp. A person can have both. One does not confidently make a diagnosis of TE from photos. But it does appear that androgenetic alopecia is present in these images. Be sure to see an expert if doubt exists. Many women with androgenetic alopecia have increased hair shedding.
