Age 21, am I having telogen effluvium or female pattern baldness? (Photos)

I am 21 years old and have been shedding hair since last 6 months due to excessive dieting. I went to the doctor and he said telogen effluvium even without checking my scalp so i got a dermascope and checked my scalp on my own. I feel like i do see some miniatured hair on the left part but the middle part is perfectly fine. I also did a 5 day hair wash test on my own and didnt find many miniaturized hair. i just saw 2 hair. Ive also posted a picture of my hair and dermsacope
