I've had a very deep single horizontal forehead line since young age. What's the best treatment? (Photo)

My husband has had a very deep single horizontal forehead line since he was 20 y.o.(see photo) . It looks like his forehead is divided into 2 sections. He is 52 now. What would be a best approach for improving that line? Shall he start with Botox first? Thanks.
