Every case is unique. It depends on how your doctor worked up your case. Attachments add forces to teeth that help the tooth move in certain direction that is not possible with just the aligner alone. Sometimes attachments are added later in the treatment so patients can get use to wearing the aligners first. Adding attachments makes it harder to remove the aligner and takes some time to get use too. After getting use to the aligner without the attachments, it will be a little bit easier getting use to removing them with the attachments. Hope that helps! Good Luck!
