I paid in full for invisalign via Care Credit and received most of the treatment (2/3rds). My work transferred me far away and I was forced to move. I found a new doctor; got my medical records transferred, but my original Dr won't refund ANY of my payment to cover costs of the remaining treatment. The original Dr has left the practice and now it's under new ownership. All they keep telling me is "it was [my] decision to leave, and there is no outstanding balance on the account." What can i do?
