Based on the location of the opening it certainly could be an irritated suture abscess.  These can pop up from time to time after surgery.  Make sure you follow up with your surgeon to ensure that there isn't a stitch that can be trimmed to help facilitate healing.  These are usually small localized irritations that tend to heal up with some wound care.  It rarely involves deeper tissue or the implant.Good Luck

Thank you for your question.While it is difficult to know exactly what is going on, based on the location in the pictures and the timing, it is most likely a small "suture abscess" that has finally worked its way to the surface.  I recommend calling your surgeon and going in for an evaluation.  There may be a small remnant of a stitch that can be removed, and once it is removed, it should heal up very well.  I doubt there is any involvement with the implant, but good to be evaluated.  Best of luck!

This looks like a suture abscess. The breast mound itself appears ok (not involved) in the photo. Meet with your surgeon to confirm. As noted below they made need to remove a small remnant of suture at the wound.
