Hi I Had surgery 3 days ago. My breast doesn't hurt, it's my tailbone and legs.its a pulsing sensation. If I move it will hurt than stops and start each time I move I can barely sit, walk and move. What could it be and what can I do

Honestly, I have never had a breast reduction cause tailbone and leg pain. The tailbone pain that you are describing usually comes from sitting for too long, but it isn't accompanied by shooting leg pain. It sounds as if something else is going on. Thank you for your question.Coccydynia is pain at the tailbone caused by inflammation in the area.  Rest, NSAIDs(e.g. motrin, aleve), and avoiding sitting for prolonged periods are the mainstays of therapy.  Some patients need a steroid shot to calm the inflammation.  This is not a common occurrence, and I don't recall ever having a patient with this issue after a breast reduction.However, in my experience, isolated coccydynia does not cause leg pain, especially in a pulsating fashion.  I recommend seeing your doctor who will likely perform a neurologic and vascular assessment, and may refer you for imaging.  You'll want to get clearance from your doctor before taking NSAIDs after a reduction anyway, as some doctors feel these medications increase the risk of bleeding and should be held after surgery.
