I want to get rid of encapsulated filler under my eyes with Hyaluronidase. Aside from the unwanted filler, I really, really don't want Hyaluronidase to affect my native hyaluronic acid in the process (which is a common problem). Since the unwanted filler is trapped in a capsule in my skin, will the capsule block Hyaluronidase from attacking any hyaluronic acid outside the capsule?

First of all, you should not swell after an administration of hyaluronidase. But if, for some reason, your body is so sensitive, use of anti-histamines or prednisone may be advantageous. I hope this helps and good luck from New York City Plastic Surgery.
Hi @Rljm2795! This is an excellent question. The tear trough is very close to the cheek so there is a chance that dissolving the tear trough area can possibly dissolve the cheek filler because the dissolving enzyme can spread.
