In my opinion, the amount of donor hairs that you have - even if all of it is used - is not enough to create the even density of hair you are looking for on the bald areas. The ratio of bald area vs number of donor hairs is not favorable for you. Also, your donor hairs seem to be fine in caliber, which also takes away from the coverage you will get.

In my experience and opinion, you would have a hard time convincing a reputable American surgeon to perform the specific transplant that you are detailing. We all read and use the same text books and our training is relatively standardized. While I understand why you think this might be a good idea, I can tell you that it will not result in the appearance you think it will. The donor area will not look like a natural fade and the top will never have the density that you hope it will. You may have better luck convincing a surgeon/practice in a foreign country.
