How many grafts for my 2nd hair transplant? (Photos)

I did my first FUE hair transplants was around 4 year ago for around 1900+ graft , and my first hair transplant i didn't using any medication . I realize my transplanted hair density is getting bad . So am considering for my 2nd season hair transplants . Base on the photo how many graft i need for my 2nd season ?
