Hello, i have made a beard transplantation 2 years ago. And i have some problems with it. When the hair is long, the beard looks normal. But when i shave or use trimmer it look like small bumps and get irritation easy. I have tried to use strong steriod cream but it wont work. Any advice on treatment ? Very thank ful.
