Hair transplant mark seems obvious, how can I treat this issue? (Photo)

I did fue transplant on 2016 I did 4500 grafts as they told me .. it give me avarage coverage for couple of years and then every thing goes down. My crown start to show and in 2020 i decided to go for shaved look style. But my problem is that not the mark from the occipital area, in contrary. Its the anterior hair like it seem obvious how can i treat this issue
