How many grafts do I need? Some say 1200, others say 2200 (Photo)

Would love to get some unbiased feedback. I feel like some doctors are over selling how many grafts I need. Some say 1200 and others say 2200. How many grafts do you think I need?

With the photo shown and no ruler or way to measure the amount of surface area, it is not possible to give an accurate estimate. However, if your head is average size and you really want a hairline that appears this low (normally I use 9 cm from the glabella - in between eyebrows as a reference point in hairline restoration)&hellip;it does appear to be 2000 follicular unit grafts or more. 10-15 grafts per sq cm.

Hi! In your case, it will be an excellent result if will be transplant approximately 3000-3200 grafts using the FUE method. We will completely restore the front line, restoring its naturalness, and also cover the temporal bald patches as much as possible. Unfortunately 1200-2200 grafts are not enough for you. It won't look natural.

Based on the line you have drawn, 2000-2200 grafts may be needed. If your forehead is wide and your front hairline will be planned  in a  upper  position, which would be stated in the examination, then 1200 grafts may be sufficient.
