I did a bbl with implants 10 months ago, I'm pretty satisfied with the result BUT as you can see on my right side the fat is very uneven. There's a big ''bump'', which I did not have before the surgery. If I was your patient, what would you tell me?

I find that the pain is mainly from the areas of liposuction and not fat transfer. Liposuction can have ongoing pain for weeks, so this is completely normal. Most of my patients say that the pain in their lower back region hurts the longest.
Fluid and swelling in the lower abdomen is not at all uncommon, however, you should visit with your plastic surgeon to get examined to rule out a fluid collection which needs to be tapped.Best of luck!
