I would like to know between morpheus8 and renuvion, which would provide a better result to smooth out wrinkled/loose texture from weight loss and possibly age (49). I am looking for general texture improvement and don’t want an invasive tummy tuck. Thank you in advance for your time

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

It looks like you might have a few remaining small fat pockets as well.  Coolsculpting to get rid of the fat pockets followed by three monthly treatments of morpheus would be excellent for skin tightening.  The best idea is to do some kind of skin treatment for every 20 pounds lost to give your skin a chance to catch up as you go.  Congratulations on your weight loss!

In the photographs, it appears that you have quite a bit of looseness to the skin. I have been performing Renuvion for more than eight years and what I have to tell you That there are no skin tightening procedures out there. Renuvion contracts connective tissue below the skin, pulling the skin closer to the muscle. This does result less jiggle of the skin. Morpheus 8 will really do nothing for you whatsoever. You really need to be evaluated in person. From the photographs, it looks like you need a tummy tuck. I hope this helps and good luck from New York City plastic surgery.
