Can you get laser hair removal on your bikini/pubic area if you have HPV?

I have an appointment to get it done today, and just found out I have HPV, can I still get it done?

You can still get laser hair removal around your pubic area despite having HPV. HPV (human papillomavirus) affects approximately 80 percent of people who are sexually active. There is no indication that laser hair removal will adversely affect the virus. Only get laser hair removal from a certified, experienced laser aesthetician for optimal results. Best of luck to you.
