When will the fat in my butt soften after BBL? I'm 3 weeks post-op.

As with any operation it  takes time for the buttocks to feel "normal". In my experience with hundreds of BBLs in Miami, Florida most patients feel their buttocks soft and have good sensation between 3-6 months after the surgery. There are obviously individual differences but this period seems to fit the pattern of most patients.
