I have a large Lipoma on my right hip. On MRI it measured 9cm by 6 cm by 2 cm. I want to incorporate it's removal with a tummy tuck so I don't have to go under anesthesia twice. I had a weight loss of 78 lbs last year. Despite working out every day, and with a trainer, I know my panniculus is not going to go away. The location is right where the incision would be for a TT. I've met with 2 plastic surgeons locally, but the price is based on if my insurance only covers the mass removal portion.
