Sorry no photos i started using Rogaine after I had breast implants removed and was just losing so much hair plus maybe stress from our move from Los Angeles to Hamburg Germany caused the hair loss. Please help!

At 4 months if you aren't seeing any growth then it's unlikely any hair will ever grow in that area again unless you get a hair transplant. You can try rogaine if you'd like but I doubt it will do anything.
