Should I continue correcting my open bite (tongue thrust) with Invisalign? (Photo)

After 5 trays my doctor was not happy with the progress. He is reffering me to an orthodontist for additional thought on this. Although i personally think its getting worse. I have clicking sound from left side of my jaw which brought concern. This happened after I had removed my wisdom teeths 2 years ago. Yesterday he had me bite on something for 15 min where after this my jaw didnt make clicking sound and i couldnt open my jaw as open before but he said this is your normal jaw movement. Srry
