3 weeks post Erbium on my cheeks. I'm healing very slowly. Could I have an infection or contact dermatitis? (photos)

It looks like your are just very pink after the laser resurfacing. This is normal. It appears that your skin has healed. I assume it's not weeping any longer. I would recommend you see your doctor to make sure things are going as expected. The pinkness can last months, but can covered with makeup. Eventually the pinkness will resolve. Thanks for the photos, they are very helpful.  I hope things are healing well by now, but that looks like a pretty significant prolonged period of time to look that inflamed.  We have patients use Aquaphor for a few days after erbium resurfacing, and dilute white vinegar soaks a few times a day during the first week.  Please see your dermatologist or person who did the procedure so they are aware of your prolonged healing and can help you improve sooner.  Best of luck!

Thanks for the question and pictures.  You seem to be healing quite slowly after this treatment, and I have had good results with treating with topical steroid creams to break the cycle of inflammation.  Also, I have had some people have mild fungal/yeast infections that I treated with vinegar soaks that improved significantly.  I would not recommend PRP, as I have never been convinced it did anything.
