3 weeks ago I had Erbium laser resurfacing on the cheeks. The doctor didn’t say to use any vaseline, they were only changing my dressing at the hospital the first days without even cleaning the dead skin on it and since day 5 I’m putting hydrocolloid dressing and epitheliale a.h. Cream from a-derma on. My face is healing very slow, could it be infected or contact dermatitis? Its not painful or itchy but it feels very dry and tight. Could PRP help at this point?
