In my opinion, it depends if the treatments are in the same area or on different locations. The most important aspect of multiple treatments is to find someone who has experience. It's not the treatment, it's the person on the other side of the device.

In my practice I perform microneedling  with PRP and IPL in the same session if it is convenient to my patient. I will not recommend RF with microneedling because RF produces redness, slight swelling, and heat under the  skin. Having three procedures done in one session could induce too much irritation for the skin.
