3 weeks after IPL and my skin is dry and has rough texture. Advice?

Had a IPL 3 weeks ago my skin feels very dry and rough. My make up won't stay on it looks cracked and dry you could see it so bad. I never had this problem before what should I do. My face is at its worst. I'm not putting nothing harsh or extra stuff to it just simple gentle cleansing daily and moisturizing cetaphil with spf 30

There are several factors that impact skin. Some of these include the aging process, weather, humidity, travel, adjunctive skin treatments, history of eczema or sensitive skin. Best to repair the skin with gentle cleanser, frequent moisturizization with a thick emollient such as cetaphil cream or even aquaphor ointment. Continue with daily sunblock and avoid tanning or excessive heat exposure. Always see an experienced provider with expertise in lasers and all skin types and is under the supervision of a board certified dermatologist.
