One the day of my rhinoplasty for septal deviation i gently started moving the cast with my nose side to side after i had lateral and medial osteotomies, so can this distort the result of my rhinoplasty and make my nose not straight?

You can also wait for it to heal and see how it looks
If the front and side views do not look asymmetric, but the base view is slightly off, you may want to just leave it...

Thank you for your question. While I'm sure you can find a rhinoplasty somewhere for that price, it is probably not a good idea to shop like that for a facial procedure. The difference between a nose you may like and a nose you do not like is measured in millimeters...
