Are there any concerns with treating your back with the Vanquish fat reduction device?

I am concerned about my spine in that I have heard the radio waves can penetrate up to one inch deep. I have fat accumulations on my back to the left and right of the spine like most people. Are nerve cells in the spine unaffected by the heat?
