How soon after full face CO2 can I start microneedling at home?

I had Lutronic CO2 full face 2 days ago. Healing nicely already although still have a way to go. I will be having a steam facial on Day 7. Assuming I have no complications, how soon can I resume at home microneedling (.25 roller) with Vitamin C serum?
