What can my wife do about a scar on the bridge of her nose which just won't heal?

When I hear stories like this about a wound that should heal but won't I am always concerned that there might be another underlying issue. The scabbing and bleeding suggest that their could be a small skin cancer in the area (they are known to arise in areas of scar) or a foreign body that is preventing the wound from healing. Great question but over the internet even without posting photos very hard to examine the area. Best seek additional in person opinions. I might offer PRP infusions with Stem Cell placed by derma roller. 

It is unusual for something not to heal after several months. I would see a derm and get it perhaps biopsied. Unless there are other reasons for it not to heal such as systemic disease, poor circulation, prior surgery, it should be healing.
