Two days ago I woke up with extreme sensitivity to pressure in my veneered front tooth. I had the porcelain veneer put on seven years ago to repair a chip, no nerve damage. I have not had any pain in the seven years. I've had some mild sensitivity to cold in all my front teeth, now it's more than normal in that one veneered tooth. The pain is slightly relieved when I push on the back of the tooth, but any pressure on the front hurts like hell. No gum pain, no pain pushing straight up on it.
