I had the vampire facelift yesterday, I now have really bad eye bags - is this swelling?

It is hard to say exactly what is going on without pictures. If I recall, the facelift includes filler placement. The swelling might represent overfilling. You can expect swelling after microneedling and PRP but it shouldn't be real significant. People that have eyebags before starting will definitely have swelling in them afterwards. Sleeping with your head of bed elevated will help this problem subside. If you have questions, ask your provider.
