Should I do prp with microneedling (vampire face lift) after ultherapy ?

We often combine treatments in our practice to give patients more dramatic results and to address different concerns. Ulthera can give patients an more refined jawline and neck, while the vampire facial helps treat texture and gives the skin a radiant glow. Both of these treatments can create some mild swelling in the skin. The PRP will speed up healing but I wouldn't count on no swelling to occur.Best of luck!

I often combine procedures and do thermage/venus legacy/ultherapy on the same day as fraxel laser and/or microneedling/prp. I suggest seeing an expert who does these combination treatments for a formal evaluation. Best, Dr. Emer.

I often combine combine PRP/Microneedling or the Vampire Facelift with Thermage for the best results.  The reason why is that it maximizes the new collagen formation and works both dermal to produce new collagen and on the surface of the epidermis to create new skin and collagen as well.  Please consult an expert who knows how to combine these procedures for the best cosmetic results. The vampire facelift targets superficial wrinkles, skin color changes, scars from acne or others, etc. It does not go as deep as the ultrasound. Also it's your own growth factors concentrated and micro needled up to 2.5mm deep, depending on your skin thickness. Your own growth factors are ALWAYS a plus to rejuvenation and new skin and soft tissue production. I do not perform ultherapy, but I do not see why you could do both on the same day. Good luck.
