What is everyone's opinion on the future of tattoo removal?

Hello,What is everyone's opinion on the future of tattoo removal? Can we expect new lasers or methods that work better and are less expensive/painful than current procedures? Are current methods as good as it's going to get?Is anyone waiting to start removal in hopes of breakthroughs in the industry? The only thing I've heard of is the cream being developed by a student but that's still in the research stages.Thanks!

I suspect lasers will be combined with other treatments like radiofrequency, needling, or creams to help.  Pigmentation/ink once in the skin is very difficult to remove without scarring.  The most advanced treatments at this time are the picosecond lasers and are very good than anything in the past.  Best, Dr. Emer.

The current laser devices on the market have been a significant improvement from the earlier models.
